At Decorwoods India Private Limited (“Decorwoods,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to delivering your furniture, modular kitchen, and interior decor orders safely, securely, and within the timelines communicated to you. This Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through decorwoods.com or through our sales/dealer network.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 60 business days of order confirmation and payment realization.
Since many of our products — including modular kitchens, office workstations, executive tables, and custom furniture — are manufactured or finished to order, processing times may vary based on product specifications, customization, and material availability. Estimated processing time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timelines
Ready/stock items: Typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Custom-made and made-to-order items (modular kitchens, customized furniture, interior woodwork): Delivery timelines will be shared separately at the time of order confirmation, as these depend on design complexity, material sourcing, and manufacturing lead time.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to transportation disruptions, weather conditions, regulatory checks, or force majeure events.
3. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across Pan-India.
For bulk orders, dealer inquiries, or corporate/institutional supply, please reach out to us directly at info@decorwoods.com to confirm serviceability and applicable timelines for your location.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping and delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation before payment.
Additional charges may apply for delivery to remote locations, upper floors without lift access, or areas requiring special transportation arrangements. These will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
5. Installation and Assembly
Certain products (e.g., modular kitchens, workstations, modular furniture) may include installation as part of the delivery process. Please refer to the specific product page or your order confirmation to check whether installation is included.
Our installation team will coordinate directly with you to schedule a convenient date and time.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified via email and/or phone with relevant tracking or coordination details.

7. Delivery Attempts and Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided at the time of order are accurate and complete. Decorwoods is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Our delivery partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver the order. If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s unavailability or refusal to accept, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Inspection at the Time of Delivery
We recommend inspecting your product(s) at the time of delivery, in the presence of our delivery/installation team, for any visible transit damage or discrepancy from your order.
Any damage, defect, or shortage must be reported to us within [X] hours/days of delivery at info@decorwoods.com, along with photographs and your order number, so we can assist promptly.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
Decorwoods will not be held liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed in such situations.
