1. About Decorwoods

Decorwoods India Private Limited is a manufacturer and retailer of wood furniture, modular kitchens, office furniture, and interior decor solutions, offering both ready/stock products and custom-made, made-to-order furniture and interior woodwork.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. 3. Products, Pricing, and Descriptions

  • We make reasonable efforts to display product images, dimensions, materials, and descriptions accurately. However, actual colour, finish, or texture (particularly for wood-based products) may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen, due to natural material variation and display/screen differences.
  • For custom-made and made-to-order products (e.g., modular kitchens, customized furniture), final specifications, dimensions, and finish will be confirmed with you before production begins. Any changes requested after production has started may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
  • Prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product description errors, even after an order has been placed, and will inform you before proceeding if this affects your order.

4. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity).
  • An order is considered confirmed only upon our order confirmation communication (email, SMS, or call), not merely upon submission of the order or payment.
  • For bulk, dealer, or corporate orders, separate commercial terms may be agreed upon directly with our sales team, and will take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

  • For custom-made or made-to-order products, we may require an advance payment or deposit before production begins, with the balance payable prior to or at the time of delivery, as communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • All payments must be made in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines, coverage, charges, and related terms are governed by our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation, return, and refund terms — including any conditions specific to custom-made or made-to-order products — are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Warranty

  • Where a warranty is offered on a specific product, its duration and coverage will be specified on the product page, invoice, or warranty card provided at the time of delivery.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs/modifications, exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions, or improper installation not carried out by Decorwoods or its authorised personnel.

9. Appointments and Enquiries

Booking an appointment or submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create any binding obligation on either party to enter into a transaction. It is intended to help us understand your requirements and provide you with a quotation, consultation, or further information.

10. Intellectual Property
